The First National Bank is the oldest bank in Rivertown, and has been at its current location for over 100 years. It does not yet have any branch banks, but sees the need to expand its operation in some way.

As Bank Manager, Mr. Tyler is involved with all financial arrangements in Rivertown. It is necessary to get his approval for loans for the purchase or rehabilitation of all properties. He serves as Financial Officer for all city agencies and organizations. Mr. Tyler also serves as financial liaison for all outside investors, and generally represents their interests to the community.

In other words, to get anything done in Rivertown that requires financing, it is necessary to go through Mr. Tyler.
