Vote on historic district ordinance

It is now time to vote on the Study Committee's recommendation to establish a downtown historic district with review of changes by a historic district commission. Consider the information previously presented and indicate which of the following best represents your viewpoint.

Select one of the following:

Accept the Study Committee's Report and establish the proposed historic district with regulatory review by a historic district commission.

Establish the proposed historic district with provision for commission review, but with voluntary compliance.

Table the motion to get more public input.

Give instructions to the Study Committee to modify the Report.

Vote against the proposal for a downtown historic district.
