The next task of the Study Committee is to recommend what should be subject to review for properties in a historic district. These would be included as provisions in a historic district ordinance.
You can review common citizen concerns and comments. Review should follow provisions of the Standards for Rehabilitation established by the U.S. Secretary of the Interior, a commonly adopted set of standards used by local governments.
